So i'm thirteen, homeschooled, and idk a whole lot of guys. and i'm really outgoing once you get to know me but i'm shy talking to most guys anywhere and I feel really stupid... So does any guy possibly like a shy/not talkative at first girl?? and can you help me at all get more confidence talking to guys??

There's someone for everyone. you're only 13 so there's LOTS of time to learn. Just take confidence that aslong as you're a woman who doesnt just give it way for free, you will always have the power over men. It'll make more sense when you're older.
