Does any have information on the history of cost and management accounting?

Why don't you go to bookstore/ library & look it up in the accounting text book. This kind of information, if not highlights should be well represented in chapter 1 or in the chapter that explains the history of accounting & the evolution towards other branch of accounting. It may also be presented in the first chapter of the management accounting (introduction).
