  1. This is a scam.  You are the second person tonight who has asked about receiving an email that said he had won the lottery. How could someone win a lottery they didn't buy a ticket in? This should give you a clue. Thousands of these,"You have won the Swiss lottery or Yahoo Lottery or Australian consolidated lottery etc." are sent out every day.  The people ask you for as much detail about you as they can. They try to get bank account details from you or get you to send them money for 'taxes, customs or courier fees'. One lady in America was writing on Yahoo Answers the other day how these people had stolen $17000 from her, another young man in the UK sent them 550 pounds and never received any money back.  Sometimes they use your details you give them to steal your identity.  I read one of your questions from a couple of weeks ago. You have had one friend scammed by a 'Nigerian scam.'  Don't let your cousin be scammed out of money too.

  2. i know alot of people that get these kind of emails...they are fake and are scams, you can also get them in the physical mail, its a scam that has being going around for ages...if you havnt entered it, then it is most likely a scam, there are heaps of lotto scams like that

  3. sounds like aliens have something to do with this, wrap your computer in tinfoil and you'll be good to go.
