  1. Bullfrogs are not native to Utah. There should be no special protection for them. If you want to be certain, contact the state Department of Fish and Game.


  2. Probably not since bullfrogs are an invasive species in Utah. This means that they origianlly weren't native tthere, but were introduced there by accident or by people.

    I don't see bullfrog listed as a "species of concern".
