There are numbers of university in Malaysia offering medical courses for international students  for example,

University Sains Malaysia

Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia

UNIMAS

UMS

however,the largest chain universitiy in Msia (Universiti Teknologi Mara) does not accept international students as it is only for the Malays or Bumiputra.
