Does any one have a recipe for apple pie wine made with bourbon or brandy?

  1. APPLE WINE

    Ingredients:

    1. Apples - 4 Lbs.

    2. Sugar - 1.5 Lbs.

    Special Instructions:

    Slice the apples in their skins; place them in a large pot and add 1 gal. of water which has been boiled clean and cooled. Store at room temperature for at least a week, stirring everyday. Strain the juice a bit and allow to stand until the sugar dissolves naturally. Pour off into bottles; seal and allow to ferment for a week to ten days.

    Homemade Apple Pie Liquor



    1 gallon apple cider

    1/2 gallon apple juice

    7 cinnamon sticks

    1 liter Everclear   ( or rum)



    Put the cider, juice, and cinnamon sticks into a large kettle. Bring to ALMOST a boil and then let cool some. Pour in the everclear.

    Allspiced Cider

    Makes 6 servings.

    Ingredients

    1 tablespoon whole allspice

    1 each cinnamon stick (3 inch)

    3 cup apple cider

    1 cup orange juice

    1/2 each lemon, sliced

    1 teaspoon honey

    1/4 cup brandy



    Directions:

    Tie allspice in a piece of cheesecloth. Place in a medium saucepan along with cinnamon stick, cider, orange juice, lemon slices and honey. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Remove spice bag. Stir in brandy. Serve with a cinnamon stick in each cup, if desired.


  2. apple pie wine i wouldn't think would have bourbon or brandy in it... since technically wine is made with grape juice that is sometimes flavored by other things, but always is based with grape juice.

    I am not saying you can make a apple pie bourbon or brandy with those, but it wouldn't technically be wine.
