Does any one have lunch box ideas?

Question

My dad and brother work all day every day and have jobs that require a lot of energy

They both have really unhealthy diets though, like take out food and microwavable junk which is really bad for them

They have both worked for ever so they're bored of taking sandwiches to work

Does anyone have some ideas of something they could take to work instead?

There is a microwave in work so they have the option to warm stuff up

Any ideas appreciated

Make meat pancakes the night before and they can eat them cold the next day.

Cup of soups.

mini pattie cakes.

little fruit tubs.

When in season, a punnet of berries.

cubed cheese.

Chunks of salami.

cans of meat and vegs.

Have a look at the Food Ideas site,they have a large range of lunch box ideas,such as marinated chicken pieces etc.Do they access to a microwave?making a large lasagna or Shepard's pie is a good idea.
