Does any one hear high pitched sqeaking in garden?

The last few days I have been hearing very high pitched squeaking noises in the garden, It's very loud at night but can also be heard at various times during the day. I think it might be toads but I have never heard it before in my garden. It's almost sounds like am electronic noise but I can hear it from several places in the garden and they seem to be responding to each other. Is this a new type of frog or toad in this country because I have never heard anything like it before in my garden?

It's either crickets, toads, or frogs I think. I could be wrong however.
