  1. Your correct. And welcome for the validation.  Apples and oranges...

  2. You would get a better response in "Cars & Transportation">"Motorcycles", This is "Motorcycle Racing"

  3. Suzuki has always had a great 125. 4 strokes have been increasingly popular ever since Doug Henry's 1997 Supercross Victory. His 4 stroke (which was a 400) was a prototype and proved to be a success.

It's a different riding style between a 2 stroke and a 4 stroke, so if you prefer 125cc, I would stick with them. There is nothing wrong with a 125. Later

  4. There is nothing wrong with a 125, but it cannot compete against a 250F. A 125 is actually a better bike to hone your skills on compared to a 250F because it forces you to ride more aggressively. But in a race they just won't hang with the 4 stroke. I see almost no 125's at the track anymore which is sad. Now that the AMA has bumped the 2 stroke legal displacement up to 153 we may see the small 2 stroke make a come back. I have also heard rumors of a 125 only AMA MX class. As far as a 125 or 250F being a beginners bike, it isn't about how skilled you are. 125's and 250F's are just for lighter riders (165 lbs and under). You can be a pro and still be light enough for the "Lites" class.

  5. There is nothing wrong with 125's

    Weird question.

  6. psh.

    I love my 125s.

    I have a 2stroke and a 4stroke.

My YZ is hella fast, it can beat my cousin's 250 easily, and my TT-R, well that bikes just plain fun. I'm so hard on that bike, but I've had it for years and have never had any problems.

  7. there is nothing wrong with 125s the main diffrance is a four stoke can be lugged around alot more the power is smother and they are alot more mantanance free around ky  you can compeate the 125s against the 250f although very seldom do the 2 strokes overtake the four stoke bikes

  8. nothing. I miss the smell, the sound.

  9. not all 250s and 450s could beat them. i know i guy who could beat them with stock. so dont get rid of the 125. its a pretty good bike.

  10. thats what i wonder.

  11. They have tires!
