Yes. I watch it from http://2008.sohu.com/video/live5/?1, and they are most live broad casting. Or you can go to NBC Olympic site, where they have some video clips for view.

I was searching for the same thing and several sources said nbcolympics.com was streaming the olympics but u have to download a program called Microsoft Silverlight..

I tried it and it wont work on my machine (wont install) but maybe u will have better luck.They may also restrict u based on your location (IP).
