anyone know a safe place that will do a belly button piercing to a under 16 in the north west uk preferably near blackpool

Have you asked your parents to take you?  I took my daughter when she was 13 and as long as i said it was ok they had no problem doing it.

Call the piercing place and ask them if you brought your parent(s) and they consented would it be ok.

Well girl I don't know about there but in Ohio I got my eyebrow pierced for $35 and I was 13 and belly button is the same.

yeh they do em' for real cheap out the back of a the dry cleaners...

i think its just cheap coz a blind monkey does it....
