Does any one know about the guitar hero replacement disk.?

it says i can return the disk if it doesnt have dolby surround sound.but on the disk it says dolby pro logic 2.im only sending the disk for the faceplate.but before i send it is that the same thing or can i return it.and it says send it before 8/31/08 so does that mean it has to reach it there before that date or what

usually things like this only have to be post-marked by the date given.
