Does any one know any completly free background check sites.?

i want change of addresses(the actual steet names not just the city), phone numbers, email address, and relatives names.

You can look up basic information online for free.  Newspaper archives, etc.  But most cities require a fee for public records searches that are not available on line.  Background checks can be conducted for under $50, but I'm not aware of any place that offers these services for free.  Essentially you're paying for a receipt that says a check was conducted.

We are obligated to conduct background checks on people who will interact with children, even though we are a non profit organization.  Are you checking up an a potential employee or renter?  You're probably better off with results you have paid for.
