Does any one know any good running diets to train for a 12K?

i am working on bulking up and being able to complete this race i was wondering if any one would be able to provide me with a workout plan and or a dieting plan that would help

  1. Eat more times a day, not until you are full, intill you aren't hungry anymore. Eat healthy

    Eat with this in mind

    veggies>proteins>whole grain foods>fruit

    Eat for everymeal those. (starting to the left to the right, left ones need more)
