Umm ... all the places Celebrities go like Mr. Chows, Viva, or google search a site that reviews these restaurants in California and narrow it down by Hollywood and Price.

theres one called angilena, or something like that, i've only been to ca once... but if ur lookin for the most expensive place ever go to alantice city it was $30 to get in then u order like pea soap and they charge ya $40 bucks :|

The best and the oldest restaurant in Hollywood is Musso and Frank Grill.

You may also run into a star or two.

The Palm is a great restaurant and there are a few around LA. I know of two... one in West Hollywood and one in downtown LA. Everything is ala carte and the average bill for two (steak and/or lobster) can run you anywhere from $200-$400 or more.
