Does any one know anything about the new pass port cards?

These are sometime called pass cards. They are used on a limited basis instead of passports. In January the State Dept said they were being prepared for US Citizen to use. Does anyone know if they are ready yet? Thank you

Call your local post office. They will refer you to the right office

It is currently not available as it is in development. It is designed only to meet the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative which goes into full-effect in Jan 2008.
