Does any one know good hospitals to work in for new grads in resp. therapy?

I am on the East Coast in the Baltimore metro area. University of Md was a good place to get your feet wet when I started. But run like h**l after 18-24 months. They kind of sink or swim ya but you see a good volume of sick patients to get the experience and confidence it takes to make a great therapist.  The salaries in the area are decent in my opinion. I think New grads  can find full-time employment around $25, with people that have 20 year employment around $35.  There is a healthy amount of agency work that typically pays $37-40 an hour.  (www.respstaffing.com)
