Are you trying to find the people?  Call local hospitals, city police, county sheriff, and any jails in the area.  Then you need to start questioning friends and relatives in the area.

Figure out what county they live in, look online for the non-emergency phone number for the sheriffs office and call them. They may not be able to release information, but it's worth a shot. If no one has reported them as missing yet, you would want to report it so someone can start looking for them or do a welfare check.
