Does any one know how old you have to be to wrk at jersey mikes subs?

It all depends on the location.  They are franchise so it may depend on the store and/or state.  You would have to call the location you are wanting to apply at.  I do know that in most states you are unable to operate the slicer until you are 18.  Some of the stores do hire before you are 18 but you have to contact the exact location to find out that particular owners guidlines.
