Does any one know how to align cells in Microsoft Access?

  1. You don't.

    Access is a data repository, not a presentation system. If you want to make things look better, create a form with a datagrid, which can be aligned any way you like.


  2. Do you mean "align" as in displaying the data on a form?

    Or do you mean as in how the contents of a field are aligned - justified, left, right or centred?

    If you mean on a form, then you can use the grids on the Form Design to do this.

    If you mean the contents of a field, which will apply in a Table and/or on a Form, the controls for the boxes (see Design mode for Tables, or right-click on a box in a Form) will allow you to do this.
