Does any one know how to make MCHUZI, just the sauce, with no meat in it. ITS KENYAN?

i want to eat it with pack potatoes, they Kenyan way, when the mama`s sell it on the streets,

does any have any recipe for that, please i really need it, both the mchuzi and the pack potatoes
