Does any one know how to make a macromedia flash game?

I want to make my own pokemon/Final fantasy type RPG on macromedia flash but don't know how to go about it. i need help from a porfessional who is willing to help me across the internet. i have already made all of the sprites. i just need the programming. if you are willing to help or have questions, e-mail me at [e-mail]

With flash?  That's going to be quite tough...try using another software.
