  14. Hello,

Use plenty of 100% coco butter on the scars and with time they will eventually fade out and go away.

(You have to keep on using the coco butter effectively for them to fade away).

  15. vitamin e cream

  16. Bio-oil is perhaps once of the cheapest, most effective solution to scarring. It can fade both fresh and old scars effectively. Just don't use it on the face because it a major pore clogger. I've used it before, and if applied regulary and correctly, you can see the results in about 2 months. You can get it from chemists.

I've also heard of Vitamin E oil being good at fading scars. I've tried, but it didnt work; probably because I didnt use it long enough. You can get the oil from health stores, or the supermarket. Some people just buy the capsules, poke a hole in the capsule and apply the oil.

Lemon juice is a powerful natural bleach, but does nothing to improve the texture of the skin (ie. bumpy or hollowy scars) except fade dark marks. It can also be too strong for sensitive skin. And I'm guessing you may also have to continously apply it or else your dark scar will show up again or something.

I've tried aloe vera and a bunch of other stuff, and they didnt really work. Bio-oil is the only one I've found to be truly effective.

And no darling, you don't deserve the hurt you have to go through, both before the cutting and after. :(
