i kept 2 of my leopard geckos in the same cage and for 8 months it worked out but than i noticed ones tail was missing so i observed the tank for about 1 hour and at the last minute the geckos started to fight i quickly broke them up but the week one(the one thats tail was missing) was wounded and he had a couple big slashes near its butt and one minor slash on its back. i bought a 40gl. tank for him and 24 super worms. i dont know how i should nurse it. its not badly hurt now but i really want my leopard gecko healed. can anyone tell me how to nurse him back to normal. p.s. the other one that won the fight kind of is in perfect condition dont be worried about him hes probably going to be around a foot when hes older hes huge and didnt even get scrached in the fight ( it wasnt much of a fight it was more of a bully betteing up a little nerd and the bully had a knife)

  1. The best thing would be to call the vet.  My bearded dragon fell off his branch once and cut his foot.  The vet gave me some antibiotic cream and I have since used it on my leos and my rat too.  It shouldn't be an expensive trip..the cream was only $10.00!!  Also, take out the superworms...those are too big for leos..they should be eating crickets and mealworms, with an occasional waxworm as a treat.  Good luck
