Does any one know how to open and close a pliko pramette from mamma's and pappa's?

Indeed I do.

To open.

On the handles are a slinding 'button'. One a hand on each button, slide the button upwards and open the pliko out. You sort of pull it to the side. Just above the wheels is a clip, pake sure that the top section of the chair is locked into the clips.

To close.

Again, slide the button upwards and lift the legs out of the clips at the bottom. There is then a handle under the hood, pull the handle and this will collapse the chair.

I wish I could show you, as it is so easy to do, but not that easy to explain.
