As plan B says - that is it - simple - just add some fairy liqiud to the cement mix - it makes it easier

Easy lay on your cement then just sling the shingle at it while its wet

Cement wall and before it sets you throw the pebbles on. You have a sort of scoop and throw from the scoop in a sweeping motion.

Not too difficult once you have got the hang of it. Getting even coverage can be tricky.

Dnt use washing up liquid as it affects the cement Use a cement plastersizer instead you could also use a waterproof to mix into the mix this will stop water penitration into the wall

...it is difficult to do and make it look right ..there are two types ....pebble dash ...and wet dash ..pebble is the finished product ..you don't do anything with it ..wet dash is when you paint it later ...both are done in two coats ..first the scratch coat ..this to kill suction ..on wet dash you mix gravel and cement into a slurry and throw on to wall ..its messy but hard wearing ..in the pebble dash you leave scratch coat for 48 hours ..then soak the walls with a hose .then lay on second coat ..then throw chippings into wall whilst it still wet ..its not really an amateur job ....ive only been doing it for forty years !..and never ever add the fairy !
