glad you asked this... just in case mine ever looks like it might.. I nearly lost it when a caladium flowered... looks like this a lot!!....

Love the plant , never had one, but for a fact I saw my friends with blooms many seasons. Really unique flower and beautiful , as all are !

He had the variety with deep purple leaves !  Beautiful, easy plant, for dappled sun / shade.
