  1. as of now, you can only get that on a HEMI


  2. I doubt it.

    You failed to mention what size engine you have, but Sebring's only came in 4 or 6 cylinders.  Is yours burning gas that bad?  

    The only cars that I know of that have it are Dodge's HEMI engines (MDS) and GM motors (Active Fuel Management).  I have yet to see it as an aftermarket product.
