this link lists a lot (although of course not all) of the companies that do and don't use animal testing.

if it says "not tested on animals" or has the bunny logo, you can rest easy.  if a company doesn't test on animals they advertise it because they're proud of that.  the ones that do test try to hide it from the public....sneaky sneaky!!  if it doesn't expressly say "not tested on animals" i would suggest passing it by.

  4. I'm pretty sure Sephora tests. Urban Decay doesn't test and their website clearly lists which products are vegan. Origins also doesn't test and other than beeswax and honey in a few lipsticks, their products are vegan.

  5. I'm not sure about Sephora.

Popular brands that don't test on animals:

    Avon

    Bath & Body Works

    Bonne Bell

    Clinique Laboratories

    Estée Lauder

    Liz Claiborne Cosmetics

    Lush

    Manic Panic

    Nivea

    Origins

    Revlon

Smashbox Cosmetics (this is available at Sephora)

    Urban Decay

    Victoria’s Secret

    wet n wild
