Does any one know if you can get one bed apartments/ flat/ house with bills included?

me and my partner are looking for a one bed apartment/ flat/ house (not studio as like seperate living room) around london area.

was wondering if there is such things as a one bed with bills included?????? we are looking around balham/earlsfield/herne hill sort of areas.

Not many landlords do this as it is so open to abuse. You find this more with 'house Shares'.
