Does any one know of a Scotty Wethington from Germany?

My uncle Harry Thomas "Tom" Wethington married a woman I think her name is Patrica and they had a son named Scotty back when he was in the Army of there. I don't know how long ago though because no one talks about the woman or child. I would appreciate any help.

Also I do not know her maiden name so looking up via internet is not an option.
