Does any one know of a really good college of art and design in England?

ok so im going to be a senior in high school.

I live in MN and i know that MCAD is a really good college but im really curious about Europe. Does any one know of a really good college in England or anywhere in the UK for art and design?

A professor of mine studied in Cambridge. he says it's the best art school in England.
