Does any one know the drug-testing laws/policies in Florida?

I know in some states it is illegal to do the hair test, as well as to even drug test at all. I don't smoke, or do drugs but I used to smoke until about two months ago. I've been applying to jobs recently, so i would like to know what the laws are.

Employment drug screens are routinely done in Florida and they are legal.~
