Does any one know the easiest countries to teach english with a TEFL in S.America are?

and by easiest I mean getting work permits and Visa's, rate of pay etc..

Any information would be greatly recieved.

The British Council might be of great assistance here as they have offices all throughout Latin America.

You can also check their international websites and check the positions they are offering. Most of the times they also offer important information on the requisites  of each local government and an estimate of salary/expenses, etc.
