Does any one know the site ubuytechez.com? I paid money for a digital camera, but received nothing.?

I ordered a digital camera from ubuytechez.com through Yahoo Shopping website. Money was paid through Green dot but I did not receive anything. Can Yahoo do something to protect people like me.

Yeah! i paid 399 for a tv and received nothing! I am going to file a complaint for internet fraud. If anyone else has been tricked speak up. Maybe we can get yahoo for allowing this to happen. This really sucks!

They nailed me too for a cool $365 - I called Green Dot on a long shot to see if there was any way they could put a stop on the card and the guy I spoke to said that he could not stop the payment but he could see that the money was transferred to a MasterCard account and to call customer service in the morning since it is after business hours - if anyone is interested the number is 1-877-434-8578.

I also have been calling UBUYTECHEZ about my purchase. No response. anyone have any ideas on how to pursue these crooks ???

I just had a similar situation. Sent them my payment (05/05/08), received confirmation email with a promise of shipment details which I never received. They do not reply to emails and when I called customer service I got voicemail. Now their website is gone. I emailed yahoo reporting merchant abuse and next plan to file an internet crime complaint at http://www.ic3.gov/. I'm afraid we've both been scammed

I am right in there with all of you!  I was to have a camera shipped out to me a week ago and now I can't contact the company.  Is this something we can take up with a small claims court????

I also recently bought something from them, but my shipping confirmation was never received and now I can't even contact them. The only thing I was able to do was report a merchant abuse at yahoo.  

You guys should file a complaint to yahoo for advertising thieves!
