check out my question, on the ain page but not sure if its put up yet, ill come back with a link. theres one like that but it shows his arms are done also, and a girl has a zipper on her chest opening up to her heart with a bandaid on it,

but i dont think theres a name for it

I would descibe it as a 3D tattoo.

My girlfriend has one where her gecko looks real - as if its crawling up her leg.

Its just the shading on this tattoo that makes it look as if it is actually under your skin. Hope that helps.

you dont need the name of it to get it, you can just print out the page and show it to a tattoo artist.. its easy..

just bring a pic (like that one you have attached) to the artist and they will work with you to accomplish the design that you would like to achieve

its not a style or type, you just explain to the artist that you want something that looks like your skin has peeled off revealing whatever it is you want

i don't think it has a name. Try printing the picture out and bring it to the shop. if you don't have a printer you can go to a library and try to find it on there and print it. what are you getting the tattoo of?
