Does any one know what color is for the NYPD traffic vehicles?

I havea bet with my freind, he says the cars are black and i say Dark Blue!

they're bright orange.

NYPD TRAFFIC VEHICLES are dark blue with white print. Our regular patrol cars for the NYPD OFFICERS are entirely white with light blue print.
