  1. "Tonalc" got it right.  If you FLY to and from Mexico, you must have a passport.  if you go by LAND or SEA, you will not need a passport until after SUMMER 2008. SEe webite below and read top half of page for CURRENT info.  If you plan to /Fly to Mexico for the holidays...you have a problem if you do not have a pssport now. If you apply tommorrow for your passport, pay the extra $60.00 for expedited service , and pay the fees for Express mail  both ways, it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get your passport.  See 2nd and 3rd websites for all passport info.

  2. Yes dear, it's true...... passport needed.

  3. Depending where your traveling you will need a government issued ID or passport. For Mexico a passport I believe.

  4. you will like everyone has said need a passport. the only other thing you will need to give to customs will be a paper you will be give on the plane. these are a drag to fill out.

and if you dont have a passport i would recommend getting one as soon as possible because it takes around 3 weeks to recieve it unless you want to pay for rush which cost alot.

  5. If you are not a minor, then you'll need a passport and ID.

  6. If you're flying you will need a passport.

If not flying, as of January 1, you will need a government I.D. PLUS proof of citizenship (like a birth certificate).

Starting in the summer of 2008, you'll need a passport for all travel to Mexico.
