  4. Some people have eaten Knox Gelatin for nails.  It comes in small envelopes from the grocery store.

  5. Vitamins!

  6. i bite my nails too.

    U just have to stop.

But if u eat more veggies and fruits and healthier foods, it helps your hair and nails grow.

    GOOD LUCK :D

  7. i am a fellow nail biter but i found if i paint my nails I'm less likely to bite them because i don't want the paint to chip :)

  8. Honestly, if you take calcium supplements, your nails will grow thicker and healthier in about 2 weeks.  I recommend the calcium that's absorbed instead of a pill.  I can't remember what the brand is called, but they're calcium caramels and if you eat 2 daily, you'll get the calcium you need.

My friend was worried about her nails before her wedding and I gave her this tip, and it totally worked.

    Good luck!

  9. Use calcium. Take a multi-vitamin + a daily intake of 1000 mg or so of calcium +D. The older the more mg of it.
