You can't be serious.  Your chances of winning can be as LOW as 276,000,000 to 1.  If you buy lots of tickets, your chances of winning don't change.  You'd be a winner by putting the money for the tickets into a "piggy" bank and saving with a specific goal in mind.

Seriously, the fact that statistically a store has sold a number of winners doesn't make it any more likely that you would win if you bought from there.

There is a store in the California desert, in a little hick town in the middle of the desert, that's sold more winning lottery tickets than anywhere else.  Of course, the reason they sell more winning tickets is because they sell more tickets, period.  Its the closest store to most of the population of Nevada in the southern part of the state (or was until recently) that sells California lottery tickets, so when the jackpot is high, Nevadans go there to buy their tickets.  So the moral of the story is that just because a certain store sells more winning tickets doesn't make it a lucky store.  Your odds of winning are the same anywhere.
