  1. no dude call me

ive been looking for a place we could smoke

  2. call me so i can smoke a blunt as well *****....ma numba is 079*****************

  3. the police is all.....

  4. call a street gang to clean the streets up

  5. Their parents are the only other people I can really think of to call besides the Police.

  6. Talk directly to the teens.

  7. theres a few acutaly..your local ATF unit..they will stop it...you can call a local court and they will have officers every so often drive y and scarm them away

  8. The police can too do something about it.  They can arrest these kids.  Or is teenagers smoking pot legal where you are?

My brother in law has been arrested many times for smoking that c**p, so I know for a fact that the police can arrest for that.

  9. Depending on the age of the teens, child protective services might get involved if called.  CPS would notify the police since it's illegal activity.

  10. sounds like your friend's grandparents need to roll up a big one themselves...

  11. The police are the only ones who can do anything about it.  If you say the police are not doing anything, my guess is that your grandparents are calling in anonymously and the police don't catch them, or the evidence is gone when they get there.  The police enforce laws, no one else.  Check to see if your local police dept to see if they have a drug hotline (that their drug unit answers the phone).

  12. If they're smoking and engaging in under-age drinking outside the house, your friends grandparents should call the police while the kids are in the process.  The police would have to answer the call.  The thing that the grandparents are probably doing is calling the police after the kids have cleared out.  Unless the police can come while the crime is being committed, they really can't do very much.
