Does any one know why my dog goes pink when shes tired?

my dalamation goes pink around her mouth and on her stomach when she gets tired, this becomes more evident as she gets more tired. Does any one know why this is?

I think it just has to do with blood flow  I have a white cat who's ears and tummy turn pink whenever she's hot, scared, or angry.
