If the shirt is completely white, it won't hurt to wash it in bleach. That should take the stain out. If it doesn't, don't dry the shirt in the dryer until you've washed the shirt enough times to get the stain completely out. (The heat from the dryer will set the stain, making it even harder, if not impossible, to get out next time you wash it.)
