  1. I don't believe there are National laws regarding them. It's state laws that govern they're use. Try posting your sate and post in motorcycles or toy sections.

  2. Yes, there are laws against mini bikes, in fact I was pulled over today on one. The officer told me that mini bikes are illegal in the 50 U.S. states and the only way you can ride one is if:

    1. Has working headlight

    2. Working brake light

    3. Working turn signals

    4. Goes at least 35 mph

    5. Working brakes

    6. And is ready to be inspected by a police officer

    7. Must always ride in private parking lots unless your state inspects your bike, and you register the bike.

    8. Tires must have tread, can not be smooth racing tires.

    9. Racing is not allowed, $200.00 fine

    10. If under 16, you must wear a helmet....Some states 18

    I hope this helps.......Andy

  3. why don't you go to the police dept and ask them, what the city law in regards to pocket bikes, before investing money..They found them (pocket bikes)-hard to see the riders and one reason why it is illegal to use on the streets.. Plus now it is only allowed on private land...

plus it is a waste of $$, get a motorcycle license and bike a real bike or scooter..............

  4. Around here we use pedals.

"Pocket Bikes" aren't allowed on any public streets and private streets that enforce state traffic laws as they are not licensed (nor do they qualify).

PS......."Know" is the correct spelling.  You do not know how to spell either.
