  1. Try looking in a QST magazine or ASL. I don't have thier phone numbers handy. They also have a website. I have an 2-meter icom H-T (handheld radio), also a kenwood TS-2000 base radio. I've held a FCC amateur radio license since 4/1995.Dad got me interestest in the hobby, it's a lot better than c-b, which I operated before becoming a ham.

You can find antennas in any amateur radio catalog like those mentioned.

  2.      What you have is a standard 144 mHZ rubber duck antenna (1/4 wave heli-flex) with a BNC connector. Try eBay for some good deals on them. But if you want new try AES (Amateur  Electronic Supply) they stock Icom equipment.

  3. I'm confused by your question.  "Now" means this moment in time, as in, "I'm going to go to school now."   "Were" is the past tense of the verb, "to be", as in, "Three of my friends were waiting for me."

So, you've got a word that means the present, and a word that indicates something in the past, and I don't know what either of them has to do with an Icom radio antenna, which you might find at Ham Radio Outlet.
