Does any one signs and symptoms of a perforated uterus?

I just got my mirena birth control put in today and the doctor had a really hard time inserting it. He told me to come back in a week to check on it and make sure my uterus isnt perforated. Does anyone know the warning signs I should watch for?

I would think you would have bleeding and cramping, and maybe the blood would be brownish cause it is coming from so high up...go to webmd.com
