Most do.

Unless your prescription is not the same for both eye's.

Not too sure what you mean by that...but prescription glasses aren't made in advance....they aren't ready made.

Some places have a large stock of single vision lenses on hand and the equipment to make them up in the frame you choose in a short time though.
