umm not amazing but why dont you stick the 8 year olds hand in warm water while she is sleeping. that works and for the 12 year old you should call her and act like your her crush and say stuff like do u wanna go out something like that

Sew their pants up in a way that they cannot fit into them and wonder if they have already outgrown them. Sew up a T-Shirt at the neck so they cannot get their head through. Push wads of paper into the toes of their shoes so their feet will not fit into them. Better to slightly inconvenience them then risk some horrible retaliation when you are asleep.

When they're asleep, tie both of their hair together..

If they sleep apart, use a long rope to tie thier hair together...

If they sleep in different bedroom, tie their hair nearest to where you can find a loop...

The best part is...... put several alarm clocks some noisy stuff around...

Hide behind the bathroom door and scare them right before they notice you're there

While they're sleeping, outside, away, etc, switch all their belongings in their rooms. (like put the 12 year olds stuff in the 8 year olds room, and vice versa)

Do the same as above with their clothes

Set their alarm clock for every ten minutes about an hour after they go to bed so you know they're asleep.

Copy them all day no matter what.

Act just like them all day but DON'T COPY what they do exactly. Just with the same attitude and stuff.

I have never done any of these but I think they'd be funny!
