My stupid brother is 22. For over a year my brother as been going around with this Irish traveller (Irish Gypsy). He knows right from wrong, and i do agree he is wrong for doing this, but i am still worried what will happen.
It started with this guy asking to sell vans from his home as people would not buy from a gypsy.
This guy as been fetching vans every week for my brother to advertise and sell. As this guy can not work a computer my brother as been doing it all on his computer.
Anyhow it turns out the vans have been clocked, and some how fake service history added to make the vehicles sell better.
My brother states he did not know about all this for 9 months, and when he did find out he was too scared to say no to this guy.
After a year of doing this - 1 guy returned and asked for his money back - my brother did not have any money so the guy went to the police. My brother said he used to get £50 or £100 everytime a van was sold from his home.
The police as been and ceased his computer and bailed him.
He told this guy and suprisingly he as moved. I took my brother to see him and when we got there his caravan was gone.
When we asked where the guy had gone to the other gypsies (his family i think) they said no such person as ever lived there, I have even seen this guy at my brother.
It looks like my brother is going to take all the flack for it - yes i know so he should, but i am still worried.
Does anyone know what will happen, how long will he get in jail ?
He says there was 30 vans sold.
My mother as just suffered a stroke i am scared this will fetch on another.
