Does any1 know how to trace back a phone call??????

dont you just heated when someone called you and u dont know who there are but it maybe be important and you were just at the door step tried to get though that old rusty door and when you finnally got in the phone ring stops and the caller didnt leave a message, anyone know who/where/what i can do to trace the number and called back...???

Just ring the phone company, they can set it up so it enables you to trace calls, if they say this can't be done, they're lying or don't know.

well, on some phones with caller ID you can look up a call history.  I can.

dial * 69 when they play with the phone

Besides all the other suggestions that are here.. I have vonage for my phones, and it has a record of calls incoming and outgoing on the internet.

So, even if I am away from home I can see who has  been calling me.
